While our other divisions focus on serving general contractors, builders, and developers, custom manufacturing involves partnering with other manufacturers by producing the steel elements of their products, which frees them to focus on other proprietary items and serving their customers better. Over the years, we have been approached by various companies to assist in this way, and we recently expanded this portion of our business with dedicated shop space and workforce. By growing this division, we will better diversify, which results in a healthier company that can continue providing for all its customers for years to come.
Our manufacturing accounts are examples of how we pull together raw material to bring to life a part or fabricated item so it can be utilized or enjoyed by the end customer. Likewise, in our business process, we want to bring together the best resources to achieve a masterful end product our customers can enjoy. Our employees, customers, vendors, and their ideas, visions, and dreams are all resources we draw from to achieve incredible results.
Every manufacturing inquiry starts with a quote, but often times, there are questions that help to determine the true costs involved. We pride ourselves on asking the right questions and truly trying to solve the problem for the customer. Does it make sense to invest in jigs or templates? Are there advantages to ordering in scale? Are there ways to standardize parts to save the customer on their cost of goods? We want to create a long-lasting relationship with our manufacturing partners, and we hope they remember us for our ability to find solutions for their business in addition to our high-quality product.
Our safety program involves comprehensive training on equipment, protective gear, industry certifications, annual first aid and CPR training, and more. However, more than that, it's our genuine care and concern for each other that drives us to put safety before everything else.
